Thanks for your help and recommendations for my tank, you were right I did in fact have the wrong filter, the new one changed everything, all looks great.

I'm sending this email just to say how awesome your company is. Your prices are the best and the customer service is outstanding. I bought an aquarium light that turned out to be defective. Unlike any other company I have dealt with I wasn’t told to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, the person I spoke to was very willing to help me replace the defective light with Pets Warehouse. I forgot the name of the person I spoke to (i think it was Sheldon or Don), regardless, he deserves a pat on the back.
