This is only a short listing of plants we consider unsuitable
for planted aquaria. Yet, they are usually imported for the aquarium
trade. While these plants may look very "pretty", and
cost very little, they will usually survive only a short time.
Remember: If it looks like a houseplant, it probably is.
Plants such as those listed below are put to far better use in
decorating your terrarium. However, also realize that this list
is based on my opinion, and your experiences with these plants
may be different than my own.
