| I'm sending this email just to say how awesome your company is. Your prices are the best and the customer service is outstanding. I bought an aquarium light that turned out to be defective. Unlike any other company I have dealt with I wasn’t told to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, the person I spoke to was very willing to help me replace the defective light with Pets Warehouse. I forgot the name of the person I spoke to (i think it was Sheldon or Don), regardless, he deserves a pat on the back.
