2) Product Data Feed Instructions:
Upon acceptance and approval, you will be provided with a copy of such data in Access, Excel or tab-delimited format.
Each product URL will contain the SKU, description, image path, price, category and manufacturer.
3) Data Feed Use Agreement:
By submitting this request form and entering my name in the space below,
I agree that:
(a) I am responsible for protecting the proprietary information contained in the data provided, as such it protected by Federal and state law.
(b) I have the appropriate technical resources to make use of the product data feed.
(c) I am responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and correcting my self-coded product URLs.
(d) Pets Warehouse will not be responsible for identifying or correcting miscoded or otherwise erroneous product URLs.
(e) Pets Warehouse will not be responsible for identifying, locating, correcting, reconciling, or paying commissions on sales not tracked properly due to miscoded or otherwise erroneous product URLs.
(F) I acknowledge that the use of the Pets Warehouse® name and its proprietary information including copyrights are protected by federal law and state laws.
4) Legal Notice
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disagreement arising under this Agreement will be resolved by in any court of competent jurisdiction within the State of New York.
Pets Warehouse may change the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Each time you use Pets Warehouse's data feed, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement as modified. This agreement may change, restrict access to, suspend, or discontinue this service, or any portion of this service, at any time.
BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER RELATED AFFILIATED AGREEMENTS AND TERMS OF USE |
