When using an airline you must go to the airport to pickup the shipment.  Airlines will rate shipping at a 100 lb minimum rate, so if you ship less it still cost the same. So you may order other items usually at no additional shipping cost

 airlines to your nearest local airport
 the rates vary $99-$150 for same day service 
 so we will get  an approval for these 
 costs before shipping.
