It is important to note that upgrading your order to Next Day, or 2nd Day Air does not mean that you will receive your package in one or two business days. Upgrading to one of these services does not change how long it takes us to process and package your orders, it only reduces the time in transit. We usually process orders the next business day of receipt. If you do not have your Invoice number, Please check your E-mail comformation for the number, or obtain it from our customer service department.

Standard Ground Shipping
Shipping charges for the continental US are based on weight or dimenionally with a $4.95 minimun charge. Shipped UPS or by Post office

Fish and Coral Shipping
Your fish can arrive right to your door Next Day Shipping UPS. We ship Monday thru Thursday to your door from $29.99 for the standard box is 18x18x10 which can holds about 24 inches of fish or 6-10 medium size fish 3"-4" depending on species or 2-30 small fish 1.5"-2" a larger box for upto 36 inches of fish cost only $39.99 larger orders are calulated off line for the best shipping rates. Acclimation instructions included. (We do not charge for boxes or heat packs)

We can also ship to your office if there is no one home to accept delivery
Also we can use air cargo to your local airport $35-$75 same day, you have to go the the airport Airlines will take up to 100 lbs. for a flat rate of $35-$75 (that’s 4-5 boxes of fish) but you pay the minimum 100-lb. rate, so you can send 1-2 boxes of fish and any other Aquarium supplies can go free freight. The air shipments are primarily for larger shipments of $350 and up.

Aquatic plants Shipping information
Aquatic plants are shipped to your door via UPS Next Day Air. The cost of shipping depends upon the weight of the order. The plants are imported "Fresh" from our overseas grower every other week. They are shipped immediately on receipt, usually, every other Monday for arrival Tuesday by 10:30 Am. We make every effort to keep the box time under 18 hours. They are packed late in the day with moisture for up to 72 hours. There is a $25 minimum order on plants. We reserve the right to ship incomplete orders of 75% due to growing seasons and cutting schedules. On hand (in stock) plants, excess cuttings, etc., can be ordered and shipped Monday-Thursday at a 20% discount. The list will appear on the site on Tuesday and only applies to in stock availibilty, on a first come basis. Your charged initialy $22.00 subject to minor adjustment. Larger orders are billed at standard UPS next day air rates.

Oversize Shipping heavy, bulky & FOB items
The shipping of larger packages is based on size and weight with the following guide lines-an additional charge of $50 will be assesed by UPS for shippments over 150lbs or length over 108" or length plus girth over 130". Also a $5 charge is added to packages over 60" in length.

Shipping of large fish tanks, bird cages can not be done by UPS, they must be shipped by common carrier (a trucking company) we have contracts and can obtain very good rates to ship almost anyplace, but the minimum shipping cost is $87.00, with an average of $125-225, so it may not be cost effective to ship tanks smaller than say 75 gallons. But we will do so if you wish.

Live Rock Shipping
We ship Live Rock Next Day or 2nd day UPS to your door and ship Monday-Wednesday. The cost of shipping rock depends on the total weight. Therefore the rock will arrive in great shape from minimal time in transit. Someone must be there to sign for the shipment. We can also ship to your office if no one is home, and is somewhat quicker.
